This project began as an assignment for my Packaging Design class, where I teamed up with friends to brainstorm innovative ideas. One of them suggested, "What if you just create a beer for the girlies? Most beers are targeted towards men, and their ads and packaging don't relate to women. Sometimes, a girl just needs a cute beer with her friends." This idea resonated with us and marked the inception of Girl Beer. We embraced the literal naming approach, believing that a straightforward name can make a product exceptionally catchy and relatable. Thus, "Girl Beer" was born. I developed a visual identity that embodies inclusivity, empowerment, and a sense of community. The packaging, posters, and social media graphics are designed to appeal to women who feel underserved by traditional beer branding. The aesthetics are vibrant, modern, and inviting, reflecting the essence of the brand.The result is a comprehensive brand identity that not only challenges outdated notions but also creates a welcoming and empowering experience for women beer lovers.
