ASK OG EMBLA
CLOTHES FOR HIM AND HER
Ask og Embla is a clothing store for both men and women. This project was a fictional project to create a brand new identity for them, for my first school exam as a Graphic Design student, winter 2012. All of the material seen bellow has be created and designed by me. All of the design has been based on the story of Ask and Embla, as (in Norse mythology) they were the first humans created by the gods. They were created out of two pieces of wood, and the decor of the design is therefore inspired by old norwegian woodcarvings. By combinding the story of ask and embla with rough papertextures I was able to create a new identity and image for the store and what types of clothes the store represents.
