This poster is a response to create awareness and build a safe environment for youth to approach and care for their friends with poor mental health. The poster was inspired by stories shared from a focus group survey. By using a comic strip, the poster is able to convey a narrative in a simple, concise and impactful way. Visualizing the information with pictograms makes it easier for viewers to absorb the information while also developing sympathy towards the victims. 

A journal book designed for the users to record and note down on their mood changes along the year. The journal also includes ways of helping younger teens to understand stress and know more about mental burnout and thus handling them in a better ways that help their mental health.
