Firstly is a financial budgeting app that helps households manage their finances together with their partner. This tool focuses on relationships with money and your partner to create unique experiences that help you improve your savings and financial health as a family.

I was the product designer on this project that helped bring the start-up FinTech app from infancy to launch. I worked with brand strategists to develop guidelines and design systems that set the foundation of our app screens, website and blog. I also spear headed the user interface and experience of our mobile app to develop over 200 screens in Figma. 

Using Figma's prototyping tools, I created a functional prototype experience for our stakeholders and engineers as a proof of concept before development began.

I believe in Firstly's mission and enjoyed every moment of being on a team like Firstly. In efforts to strengthen collaboration and communication across our design team and developer team, I created and managed our Figma component library to build a robust design system that ensured design consistency across devices and operating systems.
