Honored to collaborate with Youtube with other four global artists in the making of Youtube End year gifts. The theme is global family fit. We were told to make illustration based on our identity to bring a sense of where we're from. Since Bali is the most famous archipelago from Indonesia. Just like Creators bring happiness through new knowledge, and new points of view, I wanted to portray the happy feeling of being part of a global family in my pattern design. The elements in the pattern design explore a range of emotions and shapes, and incorporate items like Balinese checkered patterns, music icons and waves to represent where I’m from. The design should at first glance feel like an instant mood booster. When the Creators wear their fit I want them to feel uplifted even though we may be staying at home into next year. And when people see the Creators they should also feel happy.
