The design brief was to re-design or design a retrofit for an infill building on the Poole High street and to create a vision for the regeneration of the high street. The brief called for the building to be redeveloped into a live/work scheme which could encourage the residents to move into the building and integrate living and working on creative or craft disciplines.

The final outcome for this project was a Bookbindery and book shop for Poole. Located at 171 High Street in Poole.
