Get Paid for Your Creativity on Behance
One of our guiding principles at Behance is to help our community find new opportunities and get paid for their talent. Our new Freelance Projects feature enables creatives to connect with clients directly on Behance, send and manage proposals, receive an upfront payment before the work begins, and get paid securely.
Find Freelance Work on Behance
To get started with Freelance Projects, fill out the Hire Me section of your Behance profile to let visitors know that you’re available for freelance work. Prospective clients can contact you with a Freelance/Project Inquiry, and when you receive a project that’s of interest, you can send an official proposal to get started.
How Stripe Helps You Get Paid
When you go to create a freelance project proposal for a client, you’ll need to connect to our payment processing partner Stripe. By connecting to Stripe, you can get paid securely and directly on Behance and request an upfront payment for your work.
- Secure Payments: Stripe payments are safe and secure. Stripe supports over 135 currencies and dozens of popular payment methods so you can accept payment from clients around the world.
- Request upfront payment: When you create a freelance proposal, you can receive an upfront payment from your client so you can start your project with confidence.
- Manage your money: When you earn money from Behance, the funds will be deposited into and can be managed through your Stripe dashboard. You can see analytics and real-time data, download reports of your earnings, handle disputes, and safely transfer your balance to your bank account at any time.
Connect Your Stripe Account to Behance
If you already have a Stripe account, sign in with your existing Stripe credentials. You will be prompted to activate a new account that will specifically be tied to your Behance profile.
Create a New Stripe Account
If you don’t have a Stripe account, you can create one for free. You will be asked to provide your personal information and your business type (individual, company, or non-profit). In certain countries, you may also be required to provide additional identification verification information. You’ll also need to provide your bank account information so you can receive payouts.
