The University of Akron Press is a publisher that works with national and international authors. UA Press publishes books about history, poetry, law, psychology, and regional interests. Responsibilities: page layout, cover design, design of advertising and promotional materials.

Design x 9 is an award-winning design studio within the Myers School of Art. Nine students are selected each year to participate based on work ethic, skill, communication, and leadership. Design x 9 works with both regional and national clientele. Responsibilities: web design and development, publication, advertising, presentation, branding.
