Back in the days, this experience taught me a lot in community Relations, connecting to new customers, listening to users problems and publishing posts,
The task was challenging because there was no marketing assets and no clear vision to what we were heading,
The job consisted on the following activities :
-Gathering, Analysis of Primary & Secondary Data sources to find the Trend
-Coordination with Global Oale HQ to align with the Corporate Marketing Strategy
-Managing Events, Networking and product announcements.

During this period i was responsible for both website building and digital marketing. This includes managing the project throughout the process of Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing consumer products and customer wants, defining the project vision, to deliver winning products. It also includes working in sales and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Website is built on wordpress, tried to master analytics and observing search engine Algorithms, ranking was challenging , but i discoverd that giving real content is key to be within the first search results, from a 5% CTR in the first 3 months, increased to more than 15% the 4rd month .

Some range of products missed reel pictures, so another task was required to get more potential leads
I also used my previous experiences at the blog to help customers with their next purchases.

I was hired to manage the website but i found myself attracted in improving customer experience and doing more meaningful work....

Early in the begining, i was attracted by social interactions, developping curiosity and empathy, i thought that was the right thing to do, but subconsiouly i was far from being prepared to face reality, social reactions, and control of emotions.
