My role is to be Unruly’s brand custodian across every touchpoint (digital, print, video, experiential) for both external clients and internal employees. My day-to-day involves collaborating with the Executive team and the CMO to develop a unique brand vision that supports and differentiates Unruly’s business strategy in a highly competitive marketplace. While managing a global creative team, I am consistently developing my team and processes for scalability, to deliver results in an ever-changing industry.

My position involved working with internal teams as well as clients - leading the design direction, pitching designs to win new business, understanding client needs, and overall responsibility for the creative output of the agency. I was tasked by the Partners to bridge the gap between the business and creative sides of the agency, and worked closely with them to develop goals and strategies that furthered Skarma’s brand and positioning within the creative marketplace

I managed multiple strategic projects simultaneously from concept through completion, while monitoring creative budgets and making sure all projects were delivered within the projected parameters. My role required me not only to supervise and train the members of the creative team, but also to liaise with the tech team, project management team, strategy team, and copywriters to deliver cohesive & integrated solutions for clients.

During my 2 years at Skarma the company won some key pitches such as Indian Super League - FC Goa, Viacom18 Networks - Supersonic, Event FAQs - WOW Awards and Zee Networks - Romedy Now fueling the growth of the company and putting it on the map as one of the sought-after creative firms in Mumbai city. Within a year of joining the company I was able to double the members of my team from 6 to 12 people.

Worked closely with the National Creative Director and Creative Director on award winning design projects. My role included conceptualisation of the designs, their execution and overseeing final production.

I worked here as part of a 4 person design team. The role demanded the complete management of clients from meetings and pitches to designs, research and presentations leading to final execution and delivery of the project.
