At my previous job, I generated media for a variety of channels, including web design, print design, social media marketing, and general key visual development. I led a group of designers that covered several countries, including CIS countries and Turkey. I also held concurrent responsibility for managing projects through all stages of development.

During my time there,
- I significantly contributed to the team's development by implementing new methods of task input and optimization.
- I developed a new workflow that allowed for 2 times increase in the output of high-quality marketing materials, including print, social media marketing, videos, web materials, and internal communications.
- I also significantly improved the quality of all the media materials and organized proper methods of storing and sharing files with partners.
