As an American artist myself, I founded YourProFolio.com to help make artists successful. With over 40,000 artists across the globe, ProFolio offers beautifully designed websites for beautiful artwork in an easy-to-manage way so that creatives can spend less time managing their careers and more time pursuing their passion.

As the solo founder of ProFolio, I've had a wide range of real world experience. On one side, I've learned much in terms of front-end and back-end website design and development to create responsive websites and CMS systems for thousands of users. On the business side, I've gained startup experience building business plans for investors, marketing techniques and sales tactics to sell to thousands of customers, and the importance of customer support and relations. With a solid foundation in place, the next steps of ProFolio aim to expand the artist's career toolbox and broaden their artistic opportunities, both online and off.

I co-founded PlantYourPhone with John Groves to create a complete website service to offer high prices for used cell phones.

Gaining experience in full-stack design and development, I completed several small and medium projects including e-commerce, online communities, and custom web applications. Managing several multi-month long projects simultaneously, I communicated with various commercial, personal and non-profit clients. Focusing on both the whole and the details, I focused on delivering high-quality, search engine optimized work.

At the Marchutz School of Fine Arts, I studied painting and analysis of great modern masters like Van Gogh, Cézanne, and Picasso. The focus on the school was in learning to see, to observe, and to create from real life to medium, and it was accomplished through painting excursions, field studies, and classroom seminars.

I was Tar Heel bred at the UNC, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I studied both Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler and Studio Art. With a focus on entrepreneurship, I worked on my company ProFolio after being accepted into 1789, a triangle-region startup incubator based out of Chapel Hill. I graduated with a high GPA and was honored on the school's Dean's List each of my 8 semesters.
