Don't stop after the beauty. Finish it!
For me design is not about just making pictures. It is not about creating a pretty looking visual identity and calling it 'damn we are so creative!'. Because adding a new face is the first part. The complexity is often in the intelligence to smoothen implementation.
Design is about creating a solution. Whether it is on short or on long term, on immediate impact or on back office work flow. A visual identity is not only about looking good or presenting a lovely story. After we finish, people have to be able to work with it. Employees should be happy with their new identity, not just like the beautiful colors of the logo, but embrace it because the new design makes their work easier. And yes, good design can actually do that...
It is not just how the logo smiles. It is how the information is structured, how your printed and digital media function together, how it facilitates new concepts, how it provides your brand to expand and therewith enhances the service to your clients

Responsible for the realisation of major design projects in a variety of fields.
Duties include:
– formulating and monitoring key objectives in order to realise multiple design projects;
– being responsible for the realisation of qualitative good and appropriate designs;
– the presentation of design projects;
– being first contact to clients and maintain an effective and pleasant relationship;
– maintaining extensive internal contacts with designers, dtp’ers and account managers;
– managing junior designers and dtp’ers;
– supporting account managers with establishing tenders and budgetary control;
– managing third parties to perform specific services like advertising agencies, copy writers, photographers and animators;
– being responsible for applications, having application and exit-interviews and internship accompaniment.
