Built design, marketing, and growth teams for Alamesa, Cuba’s #1 travel and tourism app, which focuses on restaurants and gastronomic experiences on the island. Led sales, partnerships, and brand strategy. Oversaw UX/UI for Native iOS and Android mobile apps, as well as websites. Highlights:

- Built advertising model and scaled team from three to 25 employees
- Helped accelerate total listings from 20 restaurants to 1,500+ around the Island
- Developed strategy to secure venture capital seed round of investment
- Enabled expansion from solely information provider to offering profit-generating services (Bookings, Deliveries, Experiences, Prepaid Meals)
