Yaprak Gültay is a visual communication designer, currently working as a Service Design Lead in Fjord Berlin.
She is is experienced as a lead designer for projects within the digital interactive space. She mainly focuses on identity design and user interface design, designing worldwide.
She completed Sabanci University with a BA (Honors) Degree in Visual Communication Design. She started her career as an interface designer in 2007 and she founded her own design studio, Groar Studios in 2009. She was co-founder of Astronaut Art Space for kids, designing with kids for kids. She participated and did the creative direction of many projects for brands such as MUBI on Playstation, Nike Turkey, Hilton HHonors Turkey, Ballantines, IKEA, Kraft Foods, Sony, Etisalat, Garanti and Vodafone Turkey.
She is a hands-on designer, a driver of creative thought leadership and can be the creative face to the client working directly with clients to align on strategic objectives, brand guidelines and design deliverables.

The SDL is directly responsible for the project management, quality innovation and commercial health of the projects they are overseeing, as well as client and team satisfaction. The SDL oversees and takes responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects such as external client projects, pitches and internal development projects, and is the cornerstone of the agency.
