Communicating between sophomores and department faculty. Introduced a mentorship and advisory program to help guide student tracks within the Industrial Design department.

This Research Group is open to faculty and students and will meet bi-weekly to
collaboratively explore, discuss, and develop new insights into skin as a rich
and unique medium of artistic and design exploration.

This 20-week series will give participants access to a dynamic group of visiting
artists and designers whose work address SKIN. Student teams from the group
will also travel to Nike's research facilities in Oregon and New York and
other sites to be determined by the direction of the group.
Participation is limited to 40 students and faculty whose interests, studio work,
practice, research, or teaching relate in some way to SKIN’s aesthetic,
expressive, technical, or metaphorical potential.
