HERO Boards
For practice, I created a logo for an imaginary Christian company called HERO Boards that designs snowboards and wakeboards. Here is some of the exploration throughout the process.
I had 4 initial sketches that seemed promising, and from those sketches I chose to develop my favorite 2 into digital mockups.
I landed on the circular logo with the triangle in the center because it felt more dynamic and interesting than the simple rectangle.
After choosing the circle logo with the triangle I found an alternate version that could work as the main type-centric logo and I used logo with H-E-R-O as a base to create the Snowboards logo and the Wakeboards logo.
