Oversaw creative department employees. Regulated workflow, and delegated project tasks to members of graphic design team. Collaborated with Chinese project managers to create product packaging, as well as remotely direct product photography. Worked with Vice President of Global Sales to create marketing plan and wholesale showroom stratagem. Re-branded image for company re-launch, as well as controlled the "look and feel" in all printed and online communication. Conceptualized, designed and produced new product catalogues. Co-planned and directed photoshoots of existing products in the US market.

Worked closely with marketing director to create product advertisements for nationwide industry catalogues and magazines. Designed concepts for product catalogues. Amended packaging forexisting products, as well as created packaging for new products while working closely with Chinese project management team.
