When I was a kid and I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I always said "a graphic designer, like my dad". By the age of eight, I had an xacto blade in one hand and a kneaded eraser in the other. As I grew up, that interest and dream stuck with me and I went on to get a degree in illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Why is graphic design important? It's a question I often answer for clients before we begin. The products that represent a person or business need to shine with an inner light, what I call the “magic hum,” that is only achieved with thought, focus of message and clean, well-designed content. I cannot stress enough the difference between simply filling a graphic need and that same thing done professionally. Well-crafted design is key in establishing a level of legitimacy with the people you want to reach.

I’m a strong believer of outside-the-box thinking and creative solutions. I’m a good fit for any project that requires a high level of creativity, multidisciplinary problem-solving, autonomy, a passion for the work and attention to detail.
