I’ve been actively involved in exploring solutions to problems and opportunities that reside at the intersection of business, design, technology and consumers (user experience/UX, communications strategy, design thinking, human-centered design and education).

I have worked in product and appliance industrial design, advertising (agencies), ecommerce (omni-channel), interactive and information architecture, big data visualization, ubiquitous computing solutions (internet of things), mobile design, platforms, systems and solutions in many industries including healthcare, B2B and B2C and C2C, retail and e-commerce, ethnographic and primary research, secondary market design analysis, strategy and planning, and design/arts education (from high school to post-graduate, PhD levels).

Lead by example and facilitate innovation and collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams through primary and secondary research, co-creation, ideation, rapid prototyping, visioning, strategy, and tactical implementations of human-centered design thinking.
