The Terraces Shopping Center
Waad Nadhir acquired The Terraces Shopping Center in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA on behalf of The BOSC Group. The Terraces was anchored by Trader Joe’s, a theater and Blockbuster Video and suffered from deferred maintenance and 50% vacancy. Waad upgraded the property and took leasing to 100% bringing in Bally’s Fitness and Do-It-Center Hardware to round out the tenant mix. BOSC sold the property upon completion.
