Hi and welcome. One of the issues that I've had quite often when that quite often, but I've had recently that has been a real problem for me has been trying to get content out. Of a situation that it is not supposed to be in and what I mean by that is, I've had this particular video that I'm working on and what I've got is I've got here. Let me just let me just show you and then I'll show you how I've done it. So I've got here. I've got a Photoshop file of top and if you notice here, if I play from the beginning. 

Not having the students in school, you notice that it is a video underneath, so the video is actually right here and the problem is this little white streak that is coming down the center of the monitor, which is not good. So what I've done is I've gone into first of all what I've done is I have come here up here and I've exported a frame.
