Verónica Leonetti is a professional Venezuelan Illustrator based in Valencia (Spain). She graduated in Caracas (Armando Reverón University) and completed her artistic training in Valencia (Polytechnic University).

Currently, she lives in Valencia and works as a freelance illustrator. Her creative activity focuses mainly on the illustration of books for children and young readers. She collaborates with various publications such as Arròs negre, MiNatura, El Pes Digital, piKara, Artefacta,Imagen, La Pelitrúmpeli y Branques.
She also organises workshops for children and adults related to illustration and animation reading, alone or as a member of the renowned “Groupo-pó”.

Her work has been awarded the second prize of the 12th competition of illustrated stories of the County Council of Badajoz (2009).

She has illustrated the books 'La Quietud que Precede' (Diputación de Badajoz, 2009), 'Cuentos Inhumanos' (Ediciones Saco de Huesos, 2010), 'Leo Circus' (Editorial Kelonia, 2014) and 'El catxerulo d’Andreu' (Fundació Bromera, 2016), the covers of 'The three witches girls' (Ediciones Saco de Huesos, 2013) and 'Usurpador de almas' (Ediciones Saco de Huesos, 2016).
