Senior CX Designer
Representing Isobar, currently stationed at ANZ working along with the customer experience design team on ANZ future vision strategy. Envisioning what ANZ will be like across multiple digital touchpoints in the foreseeable future. I am also part of ANZ mobile continuous delivery team where I am the lead designer for the experience uplift of ANZ goMoney mobile app on both Android and iOS platforms. Being the lead designer on the mobile team means I am in charge of consolidating the fragmented visual disparity between Android and iOS where I am tasked with ensuring the mobile design team is adhering to the design patterns and conventions within Material Design on Android and Human Interface Guidelines for iOS.
