Vassoula Vasiliou

Miami, FL, USA
I am a strategic design thinker and thought leader with over 20 years of experience working for international design firms such as Fitch Worldwide and Landor Associates, developing brands, designing corporate identities, and shaping visual brand expressions for Fortune 50, global organizations such as Nissan, LegoLand, Visa and Office Depot.

Brands today need room to grow, evolve and establish multi- sensorial worlds for consumers to enter. I create brands that are living, breathing experiences that surround and connect with the consumer and become part of a company’s DNA.

I transform brands by bringing global, cultural perspective, design aesthetics, brand language and trend forecasting into a cohesive visual and verbal storytelling medium that delivers differentiated products and builds brand loyalty.

As President of AIGA Miami, I oversee the development and growth of the chapter by effectively managing a board of directors, across multiple disciplines. I ensure vision, mission and strategic goals are set and that planned events, workshops and conferences bring added value and spark meaningful design conversations, further stimulating design thinking around design issues, business, design 4 good and educational excellence.
