Native New Yorker Elizabeth Valleau is a multimedia artist, entrepreneur and currently, Lead Creative Director at Grey New York where she heads up the experiential offering with rebellious work for brands like National Parks, Coke, and Volvo. She's parlayed her passion for art v. commerce into a dynamic creative career at shops ranging from Bad Boy to Trollback + Co. to R/GA and clients like Google, Nike, and the United Nations. Elizabeth has bucked the trend of single discipline work, winning awards (Cannes, One Show, Cleo, ADC) in diverse industries: digital, experiential, product design and film direction.

She began her career as a fashion designer in Tokyo/Hong Kong.
As co-founder and CEO of the press-darling Empire Mayonnaise company, she's led the company from startup to international distribution. She keeps her avant-garde attitude sharp with the performance-art driven electronic music group WOLVVES,and is an outspoken advocate for women’s issues in the industry, appearing on stage for the Art Director's Club, She Says, Lady Boss, 50/50, Northside, AOL, Cannes Lions and more.
