Several years working for the largest and smallest companies, from building startups to supporting conglomerates, on the agency and client sides I helped big brands find new opportunities and small ones unlock their potential. For the past few years, driven by a passion for brand development and implementation I have put most of my effort towards engaging startups and smaller companies, with the purpose of investing and growing with them. I've taken on large branding initiatives and long term projects, led organizational change and built products from the ground up, always with continued focus on the user and the world around them.

Experience Highlights:

- Director of Visual Brand Strategy at NBC Universal. Led the re-positioning of the iVillage visual brand. Driving and promoting a coherent identity across all brand touch points. Singlehandedly developed new visual guidelines.

- Design Director for Nickelodeon Kids and Family Digital Group. Led the team which designed and implemented property-specific brands across all digital mediums, including mobile, video-games and Web sites. Served as liaison between the digital and traditional channels on the design and brand front.

- Creative Director, Interactive at Publicis Dialog. Led all visual design for the General Mills interactive account, directly influencing offline and on-air marketing initiatives (Cheerios, Yoplait, Pillsbury, Fruit Roll-Ups, etc). Built and managed a large team of designers and art directors.

I hold nearly 20 years of experience in graphic design, brand development and creative direction. During my (mostly digital) advertising and marketing tenure I specialized in integrating off and on-line programmes across all channels, managing and developing design teams, leading ideas generation with focus on strategic visual branding and user-centric experiences.
