• Deep commitment to quality and service beyond expectations in delivering high-performing deliverables to clients. • Skilled User Experience Designer employing user-centered design principles with the core mission of serving the user first while aligning the primary goal with key organizational priorities. The process is data-informed, employing metrics and usability studies to influence focus of efforts in order to produce impactful, high-quality user experiences.

• Extensive experience in User Interface Design and Front End Development with proficient hand-coding skills in HTML and CSS, including Responsive Web Design and Responsive Email Design as well as ePubs. Also well-versed in WordPress, Moveable Type, and other Content Management Systems.
