As general manager of LSH Gateway, LLC, he directs the Gateway Project, which includes a 194-room hotel and a 24,000-square-foot retail space. In a concurrent managerial position with Chesapeake Regional Center, LLL, Ronald Lipscomb leads the capital-raising efforts for the Marriott Residence Inn at the Johns Hopkins Medical Center.
