Over the course of her career as a human resources executive in the United States and Europe, Neela Seenandan has remained dedicated to community service and charitable giving. For more than five years, she has volunteered with Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. In addition to her work with the hospital, Neela Seenandan supports the efforts of Avon Walk to End Breast Cancer, Make-A-Wish America, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and the United Way of America.

In the professional sphere, Neela Seenandan is the co-chief executive officer and managing partner of Hanold Associates, a retained executive search firm based in Chicago. Before joining Hanold Associates in 2012, she served as the senior vice president of human resources at The Nielsen Company, where she led the company’s strategic talent agenda and oversaw key areas such as talent management, compensation, diversity, inclusion, and recruiting. She also spent several years as the global head of human resources at Aon Corporation, leading global HR integration efforts following Aon’s acquisition of Benfield in 2008.

For seven years, Neela Seenandan worked with McKinsey & Company in Chicago, serving as the consulting firm’s director of recruiting and professional development. She managed all recruiting and professional development for the North America Consumer Business, as well as the international Business Technology Office. A member of the senior leadership team in the insurance and financial services practice, she focused her efforts on partner and director performance coaching and executive development.

Neela Seenandan received her bachelor of arts in English literature from Newcastle University in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Read Less
