Between 2007 and early 2011 I administered AIGA’s websites, providing satisfactory user experiences for visitors as well as efficient management tools for content production and site maintenance. With technical partners, Thirdwave LLC, I supported individual members, staff and volunteer chapter leaders in 65 diverse communities as they built their own web presence. A primary aspiration was to provide accessible, rich online experiences for all resulting in AIGA's early adoption of closed-captioned video.
In 2009 I worked closely with Behance to develop AIGA's Member Gallery, a showcase of members' design. At the same time, I worked with Core 77/Coroflot to redesign the AIGA Design Jobs, vastly improving information access and reducing support requests. I supported the redesign and development of AIGA's Design Archives by Second Story Interactive Studios and consulted on the redesign of the competitions system by Dream Real Digital. Read Less
