My name is Leslie Irvine.

I graduated with honours from The Art Institute of Vancouver in 2009 where I received a diploma in Graphic Design and Fundamentals of Design through technical, hands-on training from industry professionals.

Since then I have worked for a few different companies (including my own) through various industries where I have completed successful designs for a multitude of projects including children’s art kits, catalogs, magazines, various promotional materials, and web design and management.

The past five years have been spent in the Marketing Department at United Sport & Cycle (formerly United Cycle) in Edmonton. This opportunity has given me a wealth of experience in a retail marketing environment.

Being a family owned and operated business, their employees are accustomed to wearing a multitude of hats, and I am no exception. At United Sport & Cycle I had the opportunity to grow from a Graphic Designer to a Design & Marketing Specialist gaining experience in the many facets of retail marketing. From e-newsletters (mailchimp), advertising (facebook/instagram), and e-commerce to company-wide software implementation (office365) and so much more, I’ve pretty much done it all.

Best,
