Based in the Southern California area, James Kasim is an experienced senior executive with over two decades of professional experience. For several years, he has served in various senior level executive capacities, including President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of several large commercial real estate enterprises where he used his skills and expertise to guide operating and financial decisions. Previously, James Kasim spent more than a decade at Ernst & Young, working with some of the area's largest publicly listed companies. His performance earned him an Outstanding Achievement Award from the Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Group in 1998.

After leaving Ernst & Young, James Kasim joined the faculty of the University of Southern California as an adjunct professor, teaching at the Lusk Center of Real Estate for three years.

In addition to serving on the Report Quality Monitoring Committee of the California State Board of Accountancy, Mr. Kasim maintains affiliations with the Institute of Management Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

James Kasim attended California State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, and the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, which awarded him a Masters in Business Administration, with honors, in 2003.
