A respected member of the New York City medical community, Dr. Warren Licht has over two decades of experience in primary care and preventive medicine. After serving in various leadership roles at New York Downtown Hospital, Dr. Warren Licht is the Director of the Medicine Service Line in Manhattan, with the North Shore-LIJ Health System. In this role, Dr. Licht maintains responsibility for overseeing the growth of the health care system’s primary care services and is responsible for the primary care community based practices, in Manhattan. Dr. Licht also serves as the Director for Medical Affairs for the Lenox Hill HealthPlex.

A graduate of the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Warren Licht earned both his Master of Science in Physiology and a Doctor of Medicine from the institution in 1988 and 1992, respectively. He went on to complete his residency through the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City and to serve as Chief Medicine Resident at New York Downtown Hospital. Maintaining a number of professional affiliations, Dr. Warren Licht continues to refine his knowledge of medical techniques and procedures with membership in the American Medical Association and the American College of Physician Executives and fellowship in the American College of Physicians.
