Natalia Uryniuk is an artist, freelance illustrator and graphic designer from Gdańsk, Poland. She is PhD student at Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. She works as assistant in the Illustration Studio of Prof. Jadwiga Okrassa. Natalia obtained Master's Degree in Graphic Design from Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk in 2014.

Natalia illustrated two books, which are published:
"Play in Gdańsk" (Cultural Scholarship of Gdańsk, 2015) and "On The Trail of Kashubia" (Oskar Publishing House, 2015).

Her works are in private collections among others in Beijing, Singapore, London, Amsterdam and New York.
In 2014 she created collection of clothes signed by her name for fashion company EVC DSGN. In December 2013 she had the pleasure to receive the award from Minister of Culture and National Heritage of Poland for the most talented art and design students. In 2014 she was chosen by Rector as the best student of Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. She is the "Mloda Polska" Scholarship stipendist, awarded by the National Cultural Centre (2016).

In 2011 Natalia was stipendist at Escola Superior Artistica do Porto, Portugal. Inspired by beauty of the city, she created the set of works connected with Porto, which were later exhibited in Geraldes da Silva Gallery in Porto, Portugal (2011), Art & Business Centre “Zatoka Sztuki” in Sopot, Poland (2012, in the Culture Club Saska Kepa in Warsaw, Poland (2012) and in the Polish Consulate in Porto, Portugal (2014). In 2012 she was invited to attend the international project “Cross - Border Network of History and Arts” in Belgium, organized by Ecole Superieure des Arts de la Ville de Liege.

Natalia is the participant of exhibitions in Poland and abroad and Auction of Young Art at Sopot Auction House. In 2013 she had individual exhibition of her illustrations in Lowercase, at Lasalle College of Arts in Singapore, under patronage of Embassy of Poland in Singapore.

Natalia takes part in many international art projects, among others in Women for Democratic (R)evolution, Egyptian - Polish comics workshop (2013), Design EntrepreneurSHIP, Polish-German-Swedish design management programme (2013-2014) and Art&Fashion Forum - the prestigious fashion event in Poznań, Poland (2014).

As the chairwoman of the Student Gallery “Start” in Gdańsk, Natalia helped other students to organize their first exhibitions in Tricity region.

Right now she is working with Patrycja Wojtkowiak-Skóra on the Balticarium project. It is the educational project for children and adults about the fascinating world of Baltic Sea: book, website, computer games and workshops.

Natalia is open to interesting and creative forms of collaboration.
