Work Experience
Wooqer
Lead UX Designer
Working closely with enterprise clients, using our platform for feedback and custom solutions. Engaging in activities including user research, interviews, and interactions.
Currently working on platform development strategy and process automation. Successfully developed and deployed a Freemium version of the Wooqer Platform.
Leading team for validating the development process based on the product and platform with respect to contexts that include the company vision, marketing and sales scenarios, customer feedback, and economic viability, including technical validation with respect to existing infrastructure and feature viability based on usage statistics.
For Q1 of 2023, managing the PI onboarding experience, which includes understanding the process structure, identifying qualitative and quantitative matrices with respect to the stated OKRs, and developing KPIs to track for continuous improvement.
This project includes tech, sales approach, marketing strategy, onboarding interactions, and CSM services during the life cycle of the PI.
Managed a 5-member cross-functional (CEO, CTO, product, engineering, sales) team and coordinated with 6 business partners and customers toward the successful launch of Wooqer platform.
