CityPass

Senior UX Designer

Currently, I am the Senior UX Designer responsible for vision and strategy on new product design and ongoing optimization of existing commerce experiences. Working closely with managers across all departments to initially define product scope, I then create mockups to facilitate experience reviews. Once page and component experiences have been approved, I work with product management to aid in creating stories for developers. Throughout the development cycle I work closely with developers to refine; stories, designs, and experiences. Optimization of the current experiences requires analysis of Google Analytics data, defining and analyzing A/B experiments, creating and evaluating user surveys, all in an effort to discover areas of the site to improve to increase conversion.
