- Assist in creating graphic materials for Career Development Center marketing efforts as well as employer development needs
- Materials such as brochures, workshop flyers, website & digital ad designs, and other advertising platforms
- Meet and collaborate with other departments

- Create digital and physical designs such as social media post, charity photobook, program book, etc
- Work with social media team members
- Brainstorm ideas and responsible for photoshoot-related tasks such as creating mood boards and vision boards for director and photographer; sourcing outfits, accessories and props for contestants to use on set; build background sets for photoshoots
- Work closely with photographer and designer to ensure the accurate art direction
- Retouch photos for design purpose
- Assist during photoshoot sessions
