2 weeks work experience assisting on a variety of briefs. Duties involved brand identity creation and development, concept development as well as preparing artwork for print.

I spent 3 weeks with Glad on a work placement. Duties involved working on initial idea generation, logo development, design for promotional material (posters, pop up banners), document layout and web design.

Between April_2013 and June_2013 I worked on a part time basis with Naomi Atkinson Design. Dealing with local and international clients on a variety of projects. Duties ranged from artworking for print and digital products, concept development, logo creation.

A controversially unpaid internship programme, severely disorganised and unprofessional. This was not the greatest experience of my creative career to date, however working with fellow interns from a photography and industrial design background broadened my knowledge. The external mentors gave a great insight to their respective fields (print specialist, copywriting, account management to name a few).

2 days spent working as a junior designer with Wonder Stuff Studio based in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne. This was a valuable insight into the interesting projects being undertaken by this great little creative agency.
