\ Creative Direction, design and business strategy, company’s portfolio design and implementation.
\ Defining the business model and the vision of the company. Branding and processes coding.
\ Building and leading a multidisciplinary team from initial 4 to the current 30 professionals.
\ Technology&Design integration. Leading designdriven innovation through new technologies.
\ R&D of innovative products, user experience and interaction design, link between design, engineering, marketing and management.
\ Client facing, B2B and B2C sales team and relationships management.
\ Vendors and manufacturing partners scouting, on-boarding and supervision.
\ Product and furniture design, prototyping and manufacturing validation.

Lead role in structuring company’s design and business strategy, portfolio and branding. Active part in company’s first round of funding, investors and stakeholders meetings. Livspace counts now 160+ employees and raised $12.6M series A funding.
