I was responsible for assisting the Senior Designer and providing a variety of successful design solutions. My projects included logos, signs, brochures, posters and advertisements. I also designed and maintained the City’s social media and researched current communication trends.

I provided in-house design concepts for all corporate marketing needs. These projects included direct mail, logos, advertisements and brochures. I gained a lot of organizational skills from creating multiple displays for trade shows, while communicating with a variety of vendors.

As the sole in-house graphic designer, it is my responsibility to coordinate multiple projects from conception to completion. I work closely with both the I.T. and Marketing departments to develop solutions for any print or web materials needed. Those responsibilities have allowed me to develop experience in coordinating with third party contractors, managing multiple deadlines, and working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

For the past three years, I have been doing pro bono work for Voxtropolis TO, a nonprofit that supports local artists and a variety of causes around the world. My responsibilities consist of designing logos, posters and postcards to promote upcoming fundraising events.

In my spare time, I enjoy taking on fun projects that inspire me. I've created professional marketing material for several charities or non profits that I feel passionate about, as well as logos for start-up companies.
