• Oversaw construction execution by comparing planned activities with actual progress (concreting, steel bar placement, plastering, plumbing and electrical installation).
• Managed the supply warehouse, including material receiving and physical restructuring of storage cabinets.
• Monitored supplies in the Sienge system, recording material inputs and outputs, and reporting to higher-level managers.
• Facilitated the hiring of teams for construction tasks, conducting research to identify potential contractors and gathering price and service information.

Successful Projects/Achievements:
• Proposed and initiated a process improvement for a stalled project by suggesting a survey of the completed work. As there was no existing record, I organized the project into areas and assigned responsibilities to assess the previous construction progress.

• Maintained a construction daily log, documenting and controlling ongoing activities to ensure traceability of services.
• Managed the receipt of materials, ensuring the accurate reception of requested items.
• Organized construction plans and drawings, maintaining a well-structured and easily accessible environment for the execution team.

• Initiated the implementation of an as-built project for the development, documenting changes that occurred between the "Planned vs. Actual" phases and capturing images of the modifications.

UFSC ranks 7th in the National Ranking of Best Universities, requiring participation in the competitive entrance exam for admission, where I competed among over 1500 applicants.

I participated in a national competition to join the integrated high school and technical course in building construction, standing out among students from all over Brazil.
