Thomas looks at people in his own way, he doesn't change them but observes them, never pushing his will upon them. He can create a situation, to let a Moment happen. He will not construct that moment to pull something out of it that wasn't there in the first place. That's not what he defines being his Job.

In the end photography is not about displaying real art, but the Art of displaying reality. Everything else lies in the eye of the beholder."
