PlayLab is an extremely multidisciplinary design office in New York. With no particular focus, we explore the things that interest us, with Brand Strategy, Identities, Architecture and Graphic Design, initiating ideas for clients, and for ourselves in the fields of Art, Fashion, Architecture and Design.

Since 2009, we've launched a pie shop in Alabama called PieLab, a graduate-level design program in Saudi Arabia, a mobile shop for Bruno Mars, a quarterly architecture publication called CLOG, a 700 SQ FT hideout in the woods in upstate New York, and with Family New York, an initiative to build the world's first water-filtering floating pool in the East River called + POOL. We also teach students how to do all this at an MFA program at the School of Visual Arts called Design For Social Innovation. We're not always sure what we’re doing or where we’re going, but we like it that way.

PlayLab initiates ideas using Brand Strategy, Identities, Architecture and Graphic Design in the fields of Art, Fashion, Architecture and Design. Clients are companies, organizations and individuals, including: Los Angeles County Museum of Art, SFMoMA, Bruno Mars, GE, Warner Music Group and more.
