ASuop is the university's student organization in charge of student government and campus events. The Arts and Entertainment department organizes events and concerts featuring industry professionals. ASuop also provides design services to students, faculty, and on-campus organizations. As a designer for ASuop, I worked on a wide range of projects, from logo design, video advertisements, and posters.

I was hired by an independent author to illustrate a children's book that was around 30 pages. The book informs young children about the Heimlich maneuver, how to perform it, and why people choke. The illustrations were done in watercolor and then scanned into the computer where Adobe Photoshop was used to adjust the color.

In addition to the illustrations I also laid out the entire book in Adobe InDesign.

During the summer of 2010, I worked as an assistant to the marketing manager of AlfaTech, an engineering company. Often I had to translate Adobe inDesign files into Microsoft Word or update employee resumés in Word documents.
I also served as the office's receptionist.
