Currently developing a communication plan.

My role was to create a bridge between the town and the Indigenous populations within the town and surrounding region.
Major responsibility was to lead a committee tasked with delivering an annual youth gathering. Specific skills executed: event planning, project management, budgeting, proposal writing, cold calling, persuasive writing, brochure design, poster design, postcard design, form design, and report writing.

Learned much, still learning outside the academic system

Quite the experience. I learned that "communications is strong with this one," and this "one" is meaning me. I also learned that electives should not steal your focus away from your core studies. Lessons learned!
