* Create & Design marketing collateral, photos of properties, destinations and other relevant subjects
* Develop the layouts and artwork design for all marketing collateral and advertising (including print ads, billboard, newsletter, e-ads and promotion counter/kiosk) in consistency with the template and style guide
* Revise and update marketing collateral and advertising design based on the information from Marketing Executive and PR Executive.
* Make the creative/design brief, comment and final check on the artwork designs developed by creative agency
* Coordinate to develop the designs of decoration, layout, panels, invitation and EDM for marketing/media events
* Prepare the specification for all marketing collateral production
* Coordinate in reviewing and checking the proof printing and actual printing sample
* Keep an eye on the collateral production and check quality of the finish product
* Coordinate in the property photo shoot
