Over the past nearly 4 years my work has crossed various verticals and a multitude of forms — all paying forward the complex requirements of our times. I have developed an endless passion for user experience and communication principles while identifying how to use them as a tool to aid in Visual Design. Regardless of the purpose of what I am designing for, I consistently problem solve any undertaking with one main core value: to communicate effectively.

Freelance Interactive Designer

UI/UX development for a multitude of brands across various verticals to demonstrate the technology of their loyalty program solutions through immersive and compelling user experiences specific to each brand. Used for the intent of new business sales pitches, design solutions focused on visually communicating results-driven strategies through omnimedia channel marketing returning more than $4 million in locked revenue for 2014.

Responsibilities included development of user profiles, personas, content planning, user experience strategy, customer journey and story mapping, information architecture, user flow diagrams, wire frames, style guides, branding and graphic design.

Strategizing the user experience and interface for a multi-million dollar product software designed to assist clients in an easy and manageable campaign and segmentation database.
