In 2006, Sylvian's career after the College for Creative Studies (CCS) in Automotive Design began in the exhibit industry designing events from architectural schematics. At Alienware, his project fully encompassed a design methodology that supported the re-image of the Dell Alienware brand. The Research and Development for the Dell and Alienware Merger went on to win numerous Best of Computer Electronics Show Design Awards.

After Dell, he started onsite Industrial Design Consultation for Lowe's with Priority Designs; there, Sylvian received his first Patent. Similar contractual roles blossom the Foundation of Bryan Dynamics, Inc dba B DYNA underdevelopment. Sylvian continued consultation up to 2016 when he went to work as an Industrial Engineer. An Engineer role that introduced him to the fundamental principles of Detail Engineering for Retail Stores such as Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, and Others.

By 2019, he began the transition into the Serial Product Developer by obtaining Post-bachelors Engineer Degree at the University of North Florida (UNF) in Mechanical and Computer Science & Informational Systems. During this undertaken, Sylvian supports the launch, startup, and growth of Hinduja Group Solutions (HGS) first Jacksonville, FL office in a multi-facet leadership role in Business Process Management. Technical proficiency include:

• Industrial Design: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, CAD Prototype, UI/UX, Product Development
• Software Development: JavaScript, Java, C, C++, HTML 5

• Mechanical Engineer: GD&T, Siemens NX, MATLAB, PTC Creo, SolidWorks
