• Develop a strategic plan and a related culture of succession planning to replenish the overall Archdiocesan system with 12-15 new principals for the next 10 years.
• Work collaboratively with other Associate Superintendents to develop interim academic assessments and utilize the related data to customize student instruction to maximize performance on New York state testing.
• Work collaboratively with the regional marketing specialists to maximize new student enrollment and minimize student attrition
• Serve as Executive Director of The Curran Principal Academy and provide mentor ship to 16 Curran Fellows preparing to serve in school leadership positions.
• Design and implement leadership colloquiums to supplement the academic formation of The Curran Principal Academy Fellows.
• Secure $300,000 annually in philanthropic support to fund the academic preparation of the Curran Principal Academy Fellows.
• Plan, execute and secure $50,000 in funding annually to implement bi-annual principal meetings and retreats.
• Establish a school leader appraisal process to enhance the professional growth and provide merit compensation.
• Conduct Executive level searches to identify and retain school and Archdiocesan level leaders.
